This page explains how The Cellar by Saccone & Speed uses cookies and similar technologies on www.thecellar.gi, and how you can control them. For broader information about how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, remember preferences and provide analytics. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels.
How we use cookies
We use three categories of cookies:
- Strictly necessary — required for the website to work (e.g. remembering your cookie choice, keeping admins signed in on the back-office). These are always on and do not require consent.
- Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Only set if you opt in.
- Marketing — used to make advertising and offers more relevant to you. Only set if you opt in.
Cookies we currently use
| Name | Category | Purpose | Duration |

| sb-*-auth-token | Strictly necessary | Keeps administrators signed in to the back-office (set only on /admin pages). | Session / up to 1 week |
| _ga, _ga_* | Analytics (with consent) | Anonymous, aggregated usage measurement. Only set if you accept Analytics cookies. | Up to 24 months |
Managing your preferences
You can change your choice at any time using the button below or via the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer. You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings, although doing so may affect how the site works.
Third-party cookies
Pages that embed third-party content (for example a Google Map on our Contact page or videos) may set their own cookies. Those cookies are controlled by the respective third parties — please consult their privacy and cookie policies for details.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
